SHIPPING INFORMATIONOrders placed and paid for before 2pm Monday through Friday (EXCLUDING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS) will be processed and dispatched to our courier partners within 1 working day. Thereafter, delivery is within 1 to 4 working days nationwide.
Orders paid for via debit or credit card are usually picked up by our courier partners on the same day.
Orders paid for via bank deposit are picked up by our courier partners the next working day after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed and paid for after 2pm or on weekends and public holidays will be picked up by the courier company on the next working day.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email. Where available, the email will include tracking information when the order has shipped.
All orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL and require a signature upon delivery.

NEXT DAY IN-STORE PICKUP IN OPEBI
You can pick up your online order from our Opebi store at Pentagon Plaza, 23 Opebi Road Ikeja Lagos between 10am and 6pm the next working day after you place your order
Orders placed before 2pm can be collected between 10am and 6pm of the following day. Orders placed and paid for after 2pm can be collected on the third day.
For example, if you place and pay for your order before 2pm on Monday, you can go and collect it in store on Tuesday. If however the order is placed after 2pm, it will be ready for collection in store on Wednesday
PLEASE NOTE THAT SAME DAY COLLECTION IN STORE IS NOT AVAILABLE
Delivery is FREE in Lagos and for all orders above ₦50,000.
For orders outside Lagos which are under ₦50,000, delivery cost₦2,000
Our courier partners will usually call before making a delivery attempt. If they are unable to deliver a package or reach the customer on the phone to schedule a re-delivery, the package will be taken back to their local depot where it can picked up at the customer's convenience.

We offer exchanges for size on all regular-priced Azarai items within 7 calendar days. To exchange a ring you have purchased online please contact customer service on 0700-5556060.
The steps to exchange a ring are as follows:
- Contact customer service on 0700-5556060 and request to exchange a ring you purchased online
- Send the ring back to us at Pentagon Plaza, 23 Opebi Road, Ikeja Lagos. You can send the ring back to us using your own delivery company or you can use our Fedex or DHL account and drop it off at the nearest Fedex or DHL office. For most customers this is the less expensive option as they can take advantage of our heavily discounted shipment rates
- Your old order will be cancelled and we will create a new order for the new size you require and send the new ring to you once we receive payment for shipping
If you choose to use our courier account for your exchange, there would be a surcharge to cover the cost of shipping the old ring back to us and us shipping the new ring to you. If you are within Lagos the cost is ₦1,000. Outside Lagos the cost is ₦4,000.
