EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges for size on all regular-priced Azarai items within 7 calendar days. To exchange a ring you have purchased online please contact customer service on +234-8149906111.

The steps to exchange a ring are as follows:

  1. Contact customer service on +234-8149906111 and request to exchange a ring you purchased online
  2. Send the ring back to us at our head office at Pentagon Plaza, 23 Opebi Road, Ikeja Lagos. You can send the ring back to us using your own delivery company or you can use our DHL account and drop it off at the nearest DHL office. For most customers this is the less expensive option as they can take advantage of our heavily discounted shipment rates
  3. Your old order will be cancelled and we will create a new order for the new size you require and send the new ring to you once we receive payment for shipping

If you choose to use our courier account for your exchange, there would be a surcharge to cover the cost of shipping the old ring back to us and us shipping the new ring to you. If you are within Lagos the cost is ₦1,000. Outside Lagos the cost is ₦4,000.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE ONLINE PURCHASES IN ANY OF OUR PHYSICAL STORES
