EXCHANGE POLICY
- We offer exchanges for size on all regular-priced Azarai products within seven calendar days
- For online orders, kindly request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from returns.azarai.com within seven days of the order date to be eligible for an exchange
- CLEARANCE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
- Please note that items that have been altered (resized or engraved) are also excluded from this exchange policy
- Items to be exchanged must be brand new and unworn with the tags intact and in the original packaging. Please be advised that items without tags cannot be returned or exchanged
- Customers are responsible for sending the returned item securely back to us and for return shipping charges for the replacement
- PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED ONCE PER ORDER
RETURN PROCESS
1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from returns.azarai.com. You will need your email address and order number. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA
2. Fill out the required details and follow the shipping instructions to send the returned item back to our online team. You have the following options for sending the item back to us:
- Use your courier: You can send the returned item back to us via your preferred courier. Kindly ensure that you use an insured and trackable method as we are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit
- Free in-store return: You can drop off your return for free at any Azarai store nationwide. Please see below for details
- Use our own DHL account: You can use our DHL account and drop it off at the nearest DHL office. Please see more information here
- Exchange: We will create a new order for the size you require and send the new ring to you
- Store credit: Your return will be processed as store credit to enable you place another online order. Please note that online store credits cannot be used for in-store purchases
FREE IN-STORE RETURNS
You can drop off your return item for free at any of our store locations nationwide for onward forwarding to our Online Team.
Please request an RMA from the Returns Portal at returns.azarai.com. Go in-store with a copy of your RMA and order confirmation. Please be advised that returns will not be accepted without an RMA.
Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for us to receive your return item and process your exchange. If you need faster processing, kindly select a different shipping method when generating your RMA.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE ONLINE PURCHASES IN ANY OF OUR PHYSICAL STORES
USE OUR DHL ACCOUNT
For most customers, this is the less expensive option as they can take advantage of our discounted shipping rates. Simply select the DHL option when requesting your RMA from the Returns Portal and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
If you choose to use our DHL account for your exchange, please note that you would be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Within Lagos, the delivery charge each way is ₦1,000 and outside Lagos, it is ₦2,000.
IN-STORE EXCHANGES
It is not currently possible to exchange an online purchase in any of our physical stores and vice versa.
You can however make a new purchase in-store and apply for a refund of your online purchase after we receive your returned item.
To do this, kindly complete the in-store return process above and let our Retail Associate know that you would like to make a new purchase in-store instead. They will go ahead to process your in-store return, your new purchase as well as the refund for your online order.

EXCLUSIONS
All Clearance and EJ Cole items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. Please be sure of your size before you order.
Rings that have been altered or customized in any way (resizing, engraving, custom orders) cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
We also are unable to process exchanges for international orders, so please be sure of your size before ordering.
